Tandem+ is a personal subscription on your account — it follows you across both modes and every space you're in. Office+ is bought per business space by that space's owner. They're independent: you can hold Tandem+ Pro and own three desks on three different Office+ plans at once.
No. No money changes hands between users. Backer Credits come with a paid personal plan — two with Tandem+, five with Tandem+ Pro — and you allocate them to the personal spaces you want to support.
Nothing is deleted. History outside your plan's window is veiled, and upgrading brings it straight back.
External guests you invite by email, into exactly one room of your desk — the rest stays yours. Connect rooms need Office+ or Office+ Pro; they aren't part of the free desk.
